Self-improvement seems daunting and impossible, but once you’ve set the goals in place and you reach them, think of how much happier you could be.  We all want to grow, learn and be better and this needs to be done just one step at a time.  We need to think small, regularly reflect on our goals and ask for direction.  Keep trying, keep pushing and keep going.
