Some people are also unaware of the impact that the past has on them; if they allow it to continue in their lives and focus on it, then things can become unmanageable.

We all have choices; we can continue to keep carrying our past with us, or we can do something about it and build a new life.

My job is to ask you the right questions to help you to arrive at your own conclusion. We are working towards that light bulb moment - when it dawns on you what you may have been holding on to, is holding you back. Of course I will help with suggestions; the best answers come from you.

Or say things like ‘I can’t do that, only smart people succeed’.

We all have some self-limiting beliefs; I am sure you could think of many more questions and self-doubts that stop you from achieving your full potential in life.

I find it so exciting helping people achieve whatever it is they want from life; it doesn’t have to be about riches or fame. Your goal can be anything you like; it could be learning how to read or write, you may want to able to spend more time with friends and family, or even de-clutter your home.

Most things start with a dream and we can work together to make it a reality.

Between us we will decide how many confidential sessions are required; you will need to establish what is really important to you in your life, what you want more or less of and what needs to happen to get you to where you want to be. During our scheduled session we will concentrate on any relevant information or issues that arise and how we will work together to enable you to achieve your goals.

I also want to add that you are fully committed to your coaching sessions,
and full responsibility for your success.

What is NLP?

NLP is simply a way of understanding how our mind works and recognising how we experience the world. We have all had good and bad experiences, how we react and use this experience, is what can stop you from making those changes. NLP techniques can be used to help you move on. There is much more involved with NLP than what I have written, but we can discuss this in more detail when you book your sessions
