What does a coach do?

As your Life Coach it is my job to help you get to reach your desired goal.

I will be:

  • Committed to your success
  • There to have faith in you, even if you don’t have it in yourself
  • A hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on if you need it
  • Free to email between sessions to keep you supported
  • Supplying an absolutely confidential service
  • Offering non-judgmental support throughout your coaching sessions
  • There to think of different ways of helping you
  • Encouraging and stimulating you along the way
  • Able to provide the time, space and support to explore every aspect of your personal needs

How long is a coaching session?

Firstly, after we have had a initial, brief 20 minute consultation, I will always recommend a 2-hour Discovery Session; these can be taken on the phone or on Skype.

I do like to meet you face-to-face wherever possible

The 2 hours allow us to connect and build a plan of action that will take you forward to a really positive life.

Coaching sessions can be taken in blocks of time a full day or a half day.

Most of my clients want their sessions to be an hour at a time.

How will I know if coaching is for me?

I would say have had enough of what your life is giving you and you know deep down that things have to change.

Coaching is an exciting journey of self-discovery, working in the present and who you are right now, where you are in your life and where you want it to go.

If you want to make that change then coaching is for you.

How many sessions do I need?

Most people sign up for a package that then gives them flexibility on how to take their individual sessions, either in blocks of time or hourly sessions.

We normally discuss this at your first meeting.

I have worked with clients who only require an hour or two if it is for a phobia cure, but most people do require more sessions.

I do review your progress every 5 sessions to check that we are still working towards your goal, or if it needs to be changed a little.

Do I have to book and pay for all my sessions at once?

My personal take on this is that helps you to feel committed to Coaching sessions

With a package you can pay half up front and the second payment a month later.
